We have a network of service providers that collect full indemnity documents from customers.One of the features of our service (used by Product Auto) is the use of the app.
The provider uses the application to manage its service orders (schedule), download the collected documents and finalize the service, which will generate the stimulus for the process analyst to act and make the payment to the customer.The entire network of providers (63 bases and an average of 120 users) is oriented to use the application during service, clarifying the process flow to the customer.
In fact, the service protocol performed is the e-mail sent to the customer (via application), as soon as the service provider completes the service order.
